More Encouragement!
I am writing this first paragraph as a post script to the whole post – it rambles a little as do most blogs when written by bankers and not writers. But the gist is that even though you found this site because some bank reported you to ChexSystems the solution really is found right here – take it from an ex banker I have seen how a record can hurt and make you feel terrible. But forget about it – you are doing what you can and getting back again. I have been there, so many people have been there, the key is that you are addressing the issue and finding a “WorkArounds ” – congratulations – you are creative and willing to tackle this. Good luck to you and I mean that – this site will get you moving again!
Sometimes I think these posts about surviving this get old and the readers find themselves disinterested. But when looking at the site statistics its clear that most visitors to this site come a few times, read up on how to survive, then go off on their own not needing help any longer. In fact if you are reading this your probably are scanning the internet looking for quick and easy solution to this problem and how they manage to ban you from all banks. It’s been said on many other posts but just relax, no worries – the solution really is here and you are in good hands. After researching a little about those that are reported, oftentimes it is someone that ran into some temporary problems and never knew that something like this existed. A system that would thwart them from getting started again. With unemployemnt in many areas now hovering around 20% it is easy for almost anyone to run out of money, have a couple checks bounce, then have an account closed for being more than $100 negative. That’s all it takes for you to get a record! Then once you find another job or are getting yourself established again you get this cheap shot by your bank effectively banning you from getting re-established. Now oftentimes the person coming into the bank has already gotten a new job and they are told they need direct deposit. They do not want to and in fact feel they cannot even admit they do not have an acount anywhere so they quickly run out to the nearest bank and find they cannot get an account. It is that period between your first discovery of being blacklisted by a company you probably never heard of…. and the time that night when you get online and search for a solution – that time between is totally stressful and disheartening. I mean we have all been there – just getting back up again. Maybe a lot of things have happened when you were unemployed – bankruptcy, collection calls, losing a car, a house just generally feeling lousy. Then you get a job, and think – “OK, I can do this, get up and get moving again” and then this happens. Sorry for the rambling post, and sorry for bringing you through some terrible memories but know that the solution is here.
